Concept Design Manager Role Summary:

This fast-growing company with a focus on retail, FB, and hospitality spaces, is on the lookout for a Concept Design Manager and Senior Designers to join their collaborative team and work on projects that challenge the norm.
Concept Design Manager Role Description:

In this role, you’ll be hands-on, working closely with their Creative Director and CEO to develop cutting-edge design concepts and set new standards for the brand. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box and push boundaries — you’ll have the opportunity to define the future of FB shops and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with various teams to craft forward-thinking environments that reflect the brand’s identity while enhancing the customer experience.
• Push the boundaries of design by researching new materials, concepts, and technologies that will evolve their spaces, always considering practicality and the future of customer interactions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate insights and ensure that the final designs create a cohesive, memorable experience for both customers and staff.
• Oversee the process from concept to execution, ensuring designs are executed flawlessly across multiple projects while maintaining quality standards, managing timelines, and collaborating with external partners when necessary.

Concept Design Manager - Who You Are:
• You have 8+ years of professional experience in high-quality commercial , hospitality, FB or retail projects.
• You hold a BArch/MArch degree in design or a related field.
• You’re proficient in BIM (Revit), Google Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. (Experience with Vectorworks is also welcome).
• You’re a creative visionary who thinks outside the box and pushes boundaries, but also understands the importance of practical execution.
• You have a deep understanding of interior design trends, materials, and innovative technologies.
• You’re an excellent communicator with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• You bring a ‘can do’ attitude, great organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
