About the Role
We are looking for a Computer Operator to support daily office operations by managing documents, preparing presentations, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint along with other MS Office applications and possess excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Prepare and format documents using MS Word.
Manage and maintain office records and documentation.
Handle email communication and coordinate with internal teams.
Scan, print, photocopy, and organise files and documents.
Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel.
Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing of company documents.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Office Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (Mandatory).
