The Computer Lab Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting computer issues, providing technical support to students and staff, installing software, and maintaining computer systems. Qualifications • Computer Science and Troubleshooting skills • Ability to work well in a team. • Installing and configuring: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and software packages, as well as hardware and network connections. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting equipment problems and assisting users with computer-related issues. • Monitoring: Monitoring the lab and files and programs downloaded to the computers. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
