Computer Hardware Engineer AllLearn

We are looking for a Hardware & IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain computer hardware and provide technical support for ALLLEARN ACTIVE PUBLICATIONS.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
Identify and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Perform hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot issues related to RAM, hard disks/SSDs, motherboards, power supplies, monitors, peripherals, etc.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for hardware repairs when required.
Maintain records of company IT assets and hardware.
Ensure computers and other equipment are functioning properly with minimal downtime.
Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware-related issues.
Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good knowledge of computer components, peripherals, networking basics, and Windows OS.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to respond quickly to hardware-related issues.
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: 25000 - 30000 per month
