Maintain quality standards by verifying the weight and contents of raw materials
Conduct in-process batch inspections and document all process events
Process liquids, powders, and use homogenizing and spray dry methods of compounding
Follow standard batch instructions to weigh dyes and other substances accurately
Check for consistency in various batches and measure the viscosity of mixtures
Take samples of batches and submit them to a laboratory for testing
Follow food safety guidelines and ensure accurate documentation of completed work

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday.
