Responsibilities
Reports To: Compounding Lead
Manufacture a high quality intermediate and bulk product using process equipment available in a safe and cost-effective manner
Understand the operation, methods, and all techniques used in the manufacture of chemical products
Sanitize and assist in preparations for product making
Blend batches with assistance as needed
Able to identify the correct raw materials for batches
Pass forklift certification
Wear provided safety equipment, i.e., dust mask, respirators, gloves, etc., when handling raw materials in areas subject to odors, fumes and high temperatures
Follow established safety procedures and exercise good safety practices to prevent accidents to self, others and facilities
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly fashion
Communicate promptly and openly to Compounding Leads all operational and personnel problems
Execute special assignments as directed by the Compounding Leads
Handle all chemicals in accordance with State and local regulations
Maintain surveillance of your limited access area in the facility to be sure only authorized individuals enter the area

Manufacture a high quality intermediate and bulk product using process equipment available in a safe and cost-effective manner. This is an entry level position.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
• Understand the operation, methods, and all techniques used in the manufacture of chemical products.
• Sanitize and assist in preparations for product making.
