We are hiring: Compliance, QA/QC & NPD Lead

We’re a small (and very excited) team, and we’re looking for someone who can come in and own this function end-to-end.
What this role really involves
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything we put out from product to packaging to communication is accurate, compliant, and built right.
This includes:
• Quality (QC & QA) across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods
• Regulatory and label compliance (FSSAI, Legal Metrology)
• Label approvals and content accuracy — ingredient lists, nutritional tables, allergen declarations, disclaimers
• New Product Development (NPD) support — trials, iterations, and final formulations
• Ingredient research and validation
• Third-party testing coordination — microbiological, sensory, and stability testing
• Documentation & audit readiness — COAs, MSDS, supplier certifications, SOPs
• GS1 barcode creation and product data accuracy
• Statutory compliance — FSSAI, GST, renewals, filings
• Marketing & claims review — ensuring all communication is compliant and responsible
You will work with the marketing and supply chain teams making sure everything connects and holds up.

• Is curious about ingredients, formulations, and how products are built
• Is comfortable taking ownership early
• Can work in a fast-moving environment without losing rigour
