Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for the daily enforcement of the UBCO Traffic and Parking rules and issues citations to vehicles parking in violation of the rules. This position is also responsible for the issuing of parking permits, financial management of all collected monies from ticket dispensers, parking lot maintenance, equipment maintenance, signage and enforcement. This position is fully aware of all aspects of parking at the University and provides information on parking to faculty, staff, public and students.
Organizational Status
This position reports to the Manager, Parking Services.

First responder for enquiries and complaints from faculty, staff, students and the general public
Monitors Parking Enforcement system and issues parking violations (tickets)
Organizes and coordinates installation and removal of immobilization device on multiple violation offenders vehicles
