About the Job
We are looking for a Compliance Manager- Accounts & Finance to join our Operation team. In this role, you will handle our client's core accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide financial insights that help our client succeed.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day compliance operations, GST, TDS, TCS, ROC, and general closure activities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and statutory regulations.
• Support clients with end-to-end financial processes and advisory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial systems and automation.
Requirements
• M.Com/B.Com/CMA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Team Handling, Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to accounting/ERP systems- SAP, Tally-prime.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
