Designation: Compliance cum Legal Manager
Location: Mumbai
Salary - 10 LPA
In this role the Compliance Manager will address complex business process requirements, industry practices, RBI rules with respect to platform services /solutions to ensure smooth operations of the company.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
Draft and revise company policies
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
Collaborate with external auditors as and when required
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
Requirements and skills
Experience in card payments solutions and storage of card data practices.
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager in the Fintech or Card division of Bank
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML)
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
Integrity and professional ethics
Teamwork skills
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking or Finance with certification in compliance or AML.
5-8 experience in Fintech/Banking/Payment industry compliance and regulatory landscape
Excellent understanding of local regulations, laws and international practices.
