Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage HR functions in greenfield projects.
• Draft and file representations with statutory and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate organization policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with other group and portfolio companies needing legal guidance and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Masters degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Understanding and fluency in English Hindi is preferred.
