The company is located in Noida, providing essential tools for organizations to meet sustainability and net-zero objectives.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at EcoRatings in Noida. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, preparing and maintaining legal documents, organizing board meetings, and managing communications and relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of company law, compliance, and corporate governance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and maintaining records
• Ability to manage board meetings and stakeholder relationships
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certification or membership with a professional body (e.g., ICSI) is a plus
