This is a community-based role, where you’ll deliver tailored education programs to post-16 learners with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties. You’ll support learners in developing a variety of key life skills such as: using public transport, ICT skills, cooking and independent living, and money management. You may also accompany them to work experience or college.
Every day brings new challenges and rewards as you empower young people to achieve milestones, build confidence, and grow in independence.
If you’re passionate about making a difference in a truly fulfilling career, we’d love to hear from you!
