Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute community management tasks following guidance and processes.
Collect and analyse data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum community engagement.
Stay up to date with the latest community engagement best practices and technologies.
Utilize community management tools like Brandwatch and social media Business Manager, etc.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams with Omnichannel leads, response creators/translation, and brand managers.
Demonstrate knowledge of privacy policies, regulations, and limitations of each social media channel worldwide, along with an understanding of pharma regulations for social media.
Implement spam filtration, adverse event reporting, and response management to maintain a positive community environment.
