Responsibilities
• Champion Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create a more inclusive workplace.
• Design and cultivate volunteer programs that resonate with employees and foster a culture of giving back.
• Connect with a large, distributed workforce to ensure everyone feels valued and engaged.
• Manage the company’s presence at industry events, conferences, and regional gatherings.
• Develop innovative programs, campaigns, and events that drive participation and excitement.
• Craft compelling narratives that celebrate the company culture and team success.
• Utilize metrics and reporting to measure progress and impact of initiatives.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in employee networks, community service programs, and event logistics.
• A passionate leader with a people-first approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and budgeting skills.
• Confident and engaging communicator in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
