Your role
We are looking for an operations professional to join our Business Communications team to play a key role supporting the operational functions of the team including, but not limited to analytics, design and deployment of communications, document maintenance, team processes, and team training on systems among other capabilities.
This individual will:
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive reporting calendar covering all communications
Support periodic and ad-hoc reports including metrics of channels
Publish content as needed on internal tools supporting scheduling and communications
Review, edit and proofread materials such as newsletters and emails, consistently with writing styles
Manage appropriate distribution of communications in partnership with others on the team
Contribute to the maintenance of data files, archives and document library as well as manage version control, updates, and approvals of templates and documents
Work effectively, efficiently, and rapidly as required to complete assignments and ensure that communications are delivered in a timely and paced manner
Your team
You'll be working on the Communications team, based in Weehawken, NJ. Our team delivers internal and client communications for UBS Wealth Management USA. It's our job to communicate what our Financial Advisors and clients need to know, when they need to know it, in a way that will help them easily understand and take action as needed.
