π― The Role: You will play a pivotal role in training Class 11 and 12 students preparing for the highly competitive NDA (National Defence Academy) entrance exams. Because effective communication is a cornerstone of the NDA selection process (especially for SSB interviews), you will design and deliver engaging lessons that build learnersβ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
π What Youβll Do:
β’ Curriculum & Delivery: Plan the curriculum, prepare dynamic teaching materials, and conduct impactful classroom sessions.
β’ Practical Training: Guide learners through practical exercises, including presentations, group discussions (GDs), public speaking, and writing assignments tailored for NDA aspirants.
β’ Assessment: Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and track development.
β’ Mentorship: Maintain an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment for learners at various levels.
β’ Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators to refine teaching approaches and participate in academic events or workshops.
π What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Experience in teaching, mentoring, or communications training.
β’ Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere.
