Job description
You are seeking a Communications Designer position at Think Design in Bengaluru/Remote. As a part of the global design team, you will be responsible for designing and producing communication material across various mediums and touch-points. Your expertise in different mediums will be essential in creating impactful design solutions.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop communication material for promotion in Web, slide decks, social media posts, videos, animations, and print formats.
- Design and produce video content like corporate videos and marketing materials.
- Assist in creating storyboards for communication projects.
- Provide creative direction and translate it into effective communication outcomes.
- Clearly communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate efficiently with a cross-functional team and iterate based on their requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in communication design.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
• *Qualifications:**
- Educational background in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication Design from a reputable design institution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including video/multimedia editing software.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Previous experience in a similar company (b2b, consulting) is advantageous.
- Must have English language proficiency; knowledge of basic French is a significant advantage.
