Commis I – Continental, Indian & Chinese Cuisine MK Infrabuild Venture India Pvt. Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Commis I with hands-on experience in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain high hygiene standards, and consistently prepare quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Continental, Indian, and Chinese dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Assist in menu planning and new dish development.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Commis I or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred: Experience in hotels, premium restaurants, cafés, or fine dining establishments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
