Job Description
Multiple positions - CDP I DCDP, Commis I & II- Multicuisine / Continental II Second franchise of celebrated Cafe at Hamilton Court Road, Gurgaon
Espresso Anyday - Coming up at HQ 27, More than just a café—it’s a vibrant spot for casual hangouts, serious coffee moments, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. it offers fresh vibes, handcrafted dishes made from scratch, and expertly crafted drinks.
Positions - New Openings - CDP 2 I DCDP 4 I Commis 5

Responsibilities & Expectations
• Prepare and bake pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts as per standard recipes.
• Assist in daily pastry and bakery production under senior chefs’ guidance.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI).
• Follow kitchen SOPs, FIFO, proper storage, and labeling procedures.
• Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or spoilage.
• Minimize wastage through proper portion control and handling.Support basic training of junior staff when required.
• Perform duties assigned by the Pastry Chef or senior team members.
Eligibility -
• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, Worked at least 2-3 years experience / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.
• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
