We 're looking for a Commi III - (South Indian) is responsible for preparation and cooking of a variety of South Indian dishes. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook basic South Indian dishes independently as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in the proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
