The Financial Services Professional we are seeking will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loan and depository accounts, as well as providing exceptional customer service to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of all types of loan and depository accounts, including account reviews, problem solving, research and follow-up to internal account errors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
• Prospect new customers and solicit new loans, cross-selling other banking services to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
