Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and update course curriculum, Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-content, and learning resources.
• Coordinate course delivery through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct live online/offline classes for B.Com and M.Com students.
• Design and evaluate assessments and examinations.
• Moderate discussion forums and mentor learners.
• Collaborate with Course Mentors and faculty members for effective course delivery.
• Ensure academic quality, originality, and compliance with UGC ODL and Online Regulations.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental initiatives in line with NEP 2020. Eligibility (As per UGC Norms):
• Assistant Professor qualification in the relevant discipline as per UGC norms, along with any one of the following:
• Postgraduate degree(MCom) with at least 55% marks and a Ph.D., Preferred Experience:
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or content creation in an Online/ODL environment.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital assessment tools.
