In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding debt. This includes developing and implementing collections strategies, monitoring team performance, analyzing collection data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve disputes, improve collection efficiency, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.QualificationsExpertise in debt recovery, account management, and customer relationship managementStrong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance trackingEffective team management, leadership, and communication skillsKnowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management within NBFC or BPO industriesProblem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle complex cases with professionalismProficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software toolsBachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role, ideally within NBFCs or BPOs, is highly advantageous
