Job Description
Collection Officer
Designation : Collections Officer (Branch)
Reporting : Collections Manager (Branch)
Experience : 1- 4 years
Key responsibilities :
To collect overdue payments of EMI of customers by informing them of their debt and also conducting field visits on timely basis.
Collections will adhere to buckets of 0-30, 30-60 and 60-+0 and hence report the daily collections to respective collection manager of the branch.
Continuous co-ordination with teller caller's team for daily assignment of work.
Doing hard collection If Customer deny for payment then First Level customer let him know CIBIL Record. 2nd Level Send DPD Latter.
3rd Level Arrange group Joint Visit. in 4th Level Property gone for wall paint and Recall or send NBTA Notice.
Manage Daily PTP and Manage Daily and Month wise TGT vs ACH through DRR Send to concern Person and Publish Collection EOD
