Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced co-founder who can handle marketing, fundraising, and investor relations for our startup. The ideal candidate may be able to invest in the company or come along with equity-based work for the next 6 months. They should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and fundraising with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investors and pitch the company to them.
• Build relationships with potential investors and negotiate investment terms.
• Manage investor relations and provide regular updates on the company's progress.
• Work with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's business plan and financial projections.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.
• Provide input on product development and pricing strategies based on market research and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that marketing and fundraising efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and fundraising with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in pitching to investors and negotiating investment terms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and building successful companies.
• Candidate must has passed out from tier A IIT, IIM equivalent
