Location: Victoria, BC
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Program CNC routers, bridge saws, and other fabrication equipment.
Review shop drawings and ensure all measurements and details are accurate before production.
Optimize programs for efficiency, material usage, and production flow.
Communicate with the office, templating team, and shop staff to ensure projects run smoothly.
Maintain organized digital files and production documentation.
Identify potential issues before they become costly mistakes.
Support continuous improvements in shop pr
