Job Description
To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the Bank channel acquisition
numbers
Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the
Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads
for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches &
clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.
