Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have extensive experience of working in Branch Banking Liability.
• Should be willing to travel extensively.
• Minimum 10 years in branch sales position with at least 5 years in leadership experience and managing multiple leaders/ teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.
• A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to the market.
• Strive for continuous improvement of Clusters performance
• Strong networking and business acumen
• Passionate in people development
• Good stakeholder management
• Confident, able to carry themselves well and poise
• Articulate; fluent in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities Areas :
• Candidates would be responsible for development of AIB branches and drive the Liability Business along with Gold Loan and TPD Fee Income.
• Building Portfolio of Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit & Third Party Products as per business mandate and Budget assigned
• Mentoring team members to ensure achievement of team targets
• Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and initiate new business areas/ opportunities within the given geography so that Business objectives are achieved.
• Monitoring the performance of the reporting branches
• Ensure both Business Budget and Business quality
• To ensure Audit / policy Compliance & Regulatory compliance requirement
• Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process
• Managing customer centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
