Title – Cloud Ops Engineers (GCP)

Location: Remote across India
Working Time: Rotational Shift
Job Description
• We are looking for a highly skilled cloud operations engineers to be part of Cloud Managed Services team.
• The role demands to own the following responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring of cloud components, This could be (but not limited to) Server, Serverless, PaaS, Container etc…
• Providing technical support for cloud components (may include to the extent of application / database)
• Contribute towards documentation (technical, runbooks, functional) and participate in cross training.
• Certificate / key management not to be ignored.
• Triage tickets with other teams / with cloud provider for resolution.
• Participate in technical architecture review and provide input into decisions regarding compute, network, storage and security.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining cloud services & components in MSP setup
• Must hold technical certification at least in Associate level, such as GCP Administrator Associate or GCP Associate
• Expert skills in any one of Infra or Cloud native services along with Linux / windows (network, OS, process level), networking (network layers, DNS, load balancing), storage etc...
• Experience in scripting using python or equivalent is desirable to achieve automation.
• Experience is IAC using ARM template and Terraform.
• Good Understanding of DevOps CICD components.
Good to have:
• Familiar with network & security components such as load balancers, firewalls, IAM etc...
• Familiar with Cloud financial reporting and optimizations
• Must be familiar with ITSM processes such as Change management, Incident management, problem management.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
