Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical Competency):
• Solid knowledge and 5 years design and implementation experience across cloud computing, edge computing, IOT solution, data architecture, digital product development, sensor data integration streaming data processing and analytics architecture development and systems development • Hands on experience on Azure/AWS cloud platform is must, either as cloud engineer or as cloud architect, executed end to end application hosting or migration projects. Need to develop PoC as and when required. • Able to assist in the development and modernization of our software products. You must be proficient with microservices architecture. • A thorough understanding of cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, microservices and operational best practices in the cloud. • Collaborate among development teams, product Managers, operations teams and security teams. • Stays up to date with CNCF projects at various stages . • Experience in infrastructure automation through DevSecOps in Cloud environments and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Terraform, Ansible.
• Knowledge of Azure / Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, experienced on cloud CLI, bash, python scripting. • Keep the organization abreast of new technology and trends relative to IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Analytics, and AI. Evaluate new products with key stakeholders to determine potential trade-offs. • Experience with VPC networking, cloud security, load-balancers in Azure/Aws cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud and on-premise/edge locations. • Provide expertise and leadership regarding solutions for infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure. • In-depth experience architecting complex Azure public/private Cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS). • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required. • Experience in IOT device connectivity to cloud and managing in Cloud. • Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) programming - primarily using Paho MQTT client programming libraries (C/C++, Java, Javascript, Python) • Experience in implementing IoT/Machine to Machine (M2M) solutions and demonstrating extensive knowledge of the IoT/M2M communication
