Cloud Atlassian Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Atlassian Software Engineer to enhance and optimize our Atlassian tools. The ideal candidate will develop, customize, and maintain Atlassian Cloud Platform applications, such as Jira Cloud, JSM Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Cloud, JSM Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud.
Design and implement custom plugins, scripts, and workflows using Atlassian SDK, REST APIs, Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve user experience.
Perform regular system administration tasks, including configuring users, projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools, providing timely support to end-users.
Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and best practices for Atlassian tools and provide recommendations for improvements.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and workflows for internal use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Atlassian Forge or Atlassian Connect for cloud development.
Knowledge of database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell).
Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator, Atlassian Certified Jira Software Administrator) are a plus.
