Your Role:
As a Server at Ajisen Ramen, you'll embody the essence of our restaurant, orchestrating all front-of-house operations to create heartwarming dining moments. Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Experience: Create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests.
Order Accuracy: Take orders with precision, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery of dishes.
Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience. You must memorize the menu and its allergens, as well as our brand history and origins.
Cleanliness and Ambiance: Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
