Our CAD team completes requests made by the Designers to show our new lines. We are looking for a manager of the CLO-3D team, which is the software program we utilize for our sleepwear design presentations. Our teams are responsible to create 2D patterns and 3D designs from physical samples (when available) or sample photos passed along by the Design teams. The Manager’s responsibility also includes assigning requests to the members of their team; operating as a mentor to continuously develop their skillset; and to ensure all final presentations are reviewed before passing back to Design Sales.

Our ideal candidate will be able to prioritize various work requests and projects; an expert in CLO 3D, with an ability to train others; and able to execute on the below essential responsibilities. Create 2D patterns and 3D designs from physical samples (when available) or sample photos passed along by the Design teams.
Update presentation materials with appropriate information and renderings for meetings.
Create and maintain 3D digital design library.
Ability to render complicated fabrications and garments quickly using CLO software.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and sketching.
Help to train team members on CLO software.
Assist CAD team in rendering daywear samples using photoshop and illustrator as needed.
Ability to brainstorm and help grow our use of CLO software in other areas within the company.
Job Requirements Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience.
Expert-level user of CLO 3D software. Sleepwear samples are all rendered using CLO.
Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator experience. (Although this role will primarily focus on Sleepwear/CLO-3D, there is a lot of cross-over on the teams and Daywear samples are all rendered in Photoshop.)
Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
