Key Performance Indicators:
Deliver high-quality clinical care and education to patients.
Ensure effective use of clinical resources and access to the service through triage and booking of patients.
Follow up on post-visit results, provide education, contact tracing, and counselling, as well as generalised telephone information and advice to the public.
Practice within the scope of practice, considering the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
