About the Role
Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical compliance
Drive continuous improvement, audits, and quality initiatives
Manage clinical risks, incidents, and governance frameworks
Partner with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
Make an impact you will feel proud of.
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience leading clinical teams within aged care
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
Proven capability in clinical governance and risk management
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
