Job Description
About the role
Mary Potter Hospice is recruiting for that special someone to join the Inpatient Unit Team as a Clinical Administrator/ Reception. This role provides comprehensive administrative support and acts as liaison with the wider Hospice Team as well as external partners and stakeholders.
This role is busy and varied, and it is pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of our Inpatient Unit. The role provides Reception support and therefore is the first point of contact for a number of our patients and visitors. As you can imagine, being process driven and flexible is key in this role.

To be successful you will need to
Demonstrated ability to work within a confidential environment
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
A high attention to detail
Strong administrative and organisational skills (MS Office suite)
Ability to prioritise and assess critical and urgent tasks
Able to build effective relationships across a broad range of people
