We are Delh Laser Clinic - a renowned Skin & Laser Clinic in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, known for delivering advanced aesthetic, dermatology, and laser treatments with excellence, ethics, and patient-centric care. Our clinic combines state-of-the-art technology, highly skilled dermatologists, and an exceptional patient experience.
We are now looking for an experienced, dynamic, and well-organized Clinic Manager to lead our clinic operations and elevate our service standards.
Role Overview:
As a Clinic Manager, you will be the backbone of our clinic, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring seamless patient flow, and maintaining high clinical and service standards. This is a leadership role for someone who understands both clinical operations and premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintain operational efficiency, SOPs, and compliance.
Manage appointments, patient flow, billing, and documentation.
Coordinate between doctors, therapists, front desk, and support staff.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate clinic staff.
Create duty rosters, manage attendance, and performance monitoring.
Ensure a professional, disciplined, and patient-friendly work culture.
Patient Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional patient experience from entry to exit.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations with empathy.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, communication, and care.
Sales, Revenue & Business Growth
Drive clinic revenue through consultation conversion and treatment coordination.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Support marketing campaigns, offers, and patient retention strategies.
Inventory, Vendors & Compliance
Manage inventory of medicines, consumables, and laser equipment supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement.
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
Reporting & Management Coordination
Prepare daily & monthly reports (revenue, appointments, conversions).
Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experienced Candidate only
7–10 years of experience in managing a skin, laser, or aesthetic clinic.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command over patient handling and clinic operations.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, laser procedures & clinical workflow preferred.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Proficient in basic computer systems, billing software, MIS and MS Excel.
