Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Clinic In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent patient experience, and efficient coordination between doctors, staff, and patients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational, and administrative skills with experience in managing healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth patient registration, appointments, billing, and discharge processes.
• Supervise front office, nursing, pharmacy, housekeeping, and support staff.
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure efficient OPD scheduling and patient flow.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or escalations.
• Maintain clinic discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure availability of medicines, medical consumables, and clinic supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility requirements.
• Monitor daily attendance, staff rosters, and shift scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, patient footfall, and revenue reports.
• Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, infection control protocols, and company policies.
• Support management in implementing operational improvements and achieving clinic targets.
• Monitor clinic expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training to improve service quality.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MHA/MBA Hospital Management) is preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
