Client Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding of client’s marketing strategy and communicating how current data insights associates with longer term strategy objectives.

• Thinking about ways to how we can better serve clients and grow their business.

• Confident to answer / solve client queries or questions.

• Grow the client portfolio revenues to reach gross profit goals by thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client's business.

• Multiple channel management as needed (branding, social, affiliate, search, email, web media, etc.)

• Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service
