Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Point of Contact at Creativefuel in Indore. The Client Point of Contact will be responsible for managing client communications, understanding their needs, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. This role involves maintaining positive client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to execute projects effectively.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions
• Experience in client management or customer service
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
