Company Description: The LSESU FinTech Society is a student organization that fosters interest in and understanding of the financial technology industry. Through panel discussions, workshops, mentoring programs, and other formats, members gain practical exposure to current topics and innovations. Since November 2017, the Society has connected its members with professionals from various sectors of the industry to provide insights into diverse career paths. The goal is to prepare students for a future in which financial technology plays a central role and its relevance cannot be ignored.
Role Description: As a cleaner, you will ensure that the LSESU FinTech Society’s premises in Bengaluru remain clean, well-maintained, and functional. Your daily tasks include cleaning offices, event spaces, and common areas—such as dusting, floor cleaning, waste disposal, and restroom sanitation. You are also responsible for window and carpet maintenance, as well as preparing rooms for events and meetings. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru requiring a structured, reliable approach and adherence to applicable hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial cleaning for office and event spaces, along with proficiency in using standard cleaning agents and equipment.
• Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, including achieving streak-free results and handling glass surfaces correctly.
• Practical experience in routine cleaning of residential and communal areas (including home/house cleaning).
• Experience in carpet care and cleaning; familiarity with relevant machinery and cleaning methods is ideal.
• Reliability, a meticulous work ethic, physical stamina, basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene, and a willingness to work varying shifts; relevant professional experience or a similar role in the cleaning sector is an advantage.
