Job Overview:
Woodfield is actively seeking dedicated Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance to join our dynamic driving team. We are looking for Class A CDL DoD Van/Flatbed Drivers who are ready to make a difference.
• Operate a state-of-the-art 2025 Freightliner alongside your driving partner.
• We highly encourage established teams and husband & wife teams to apply!
• Enjoy a generous $2000 sign-on bonus for each driver after 90 days of employment.
• This position is for company drivers and comes with a competitive benefits package and room for career advancement.
Position Highlights:
• Receive a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (includes line haul + driver accessorial).
• Earn a $500 Referral Bonus for referring qualified drivers.
• Participate in a fully paid, 2.5-day orientation that occurs weekly.
• Drive top-tier 2025 Double bunk Freightliners equipped with upgraded interiors, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters.
• Comfort during orientation with provided rental cars and private hotel accommodations.
• Enjoy weekly pay via Direct Deposit.
• Benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance.
• 401k plan available after 6 months of employment.

Qualifications:
• CLASS A CDL - Regional or OTR Experience Required
• At least 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent driving experience is mandatory.
• Must be a minimum of 23 years old.
• DoD Experience is a plus.
• TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement are necessary.
• Secret Clearance is required, but drivers who have already applied for clearance are welcome to apply.
