We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
• Work efficiently and productively as a functional testing person with minimal / no guidance and be able to handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Testing of Clarity and Rally applications (Resource management, Finance management, Project management, and Custom objects).
• Preparing estimations, RTM, test plan, test strategy and if needed provide support.
• Prepare status reports, informative slide-decks, and analytical graphs/ pivots for Users during UAT.
• Interactive discussions with stakeholders and be able to conduct demos for them on needs-to-basis.
• On needs to basis, keep Scrum-boards, Confluence, and Jira applications updated to reflect the latest testing status.
• Coordinating with the GB/GFs and make them participate in User Acceptance Testing and acquire their signoffs
• Guide/train the Testing Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Functional – Clarity and Rally applications – 10+ years of experience.
• Good experience in Testing Clarity application including workflows, portlets, reports, and Clarity v16.1.0 above.
• Working knowledge and experience with Rally.
• Strong team work and collaboration skills, with track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams
• Should have worked on Manual Testing, Support, and Post prod activities.
• Good communication, both verbal and written, with a high level of confidence.
• Awareness on Agile Ways of Working, Confluence, Rally and Jira would be preferred.
• Good to have knowledge of Selenium, Python and pycharm
