Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor at YnD Design Studio located in Baloda Bazar. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, ensuring quality control, and effective communication with the team and stakeholders. They will oversee and coordinate all civil construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills, Site Supervision, and On-site experience
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
