Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Structural Engineer role based in Guntur. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural systems for buildings and civil infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing and checking engineering drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines, and supporting site teams during construction and installation. The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, preparing technical reports, and contributing to project planning, cost estimates, and quality control activities.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, with knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis using appropriate software tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage tasks within Project Management frameworks, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in building and infrastructure projects, including familiarity with site practices and construction methods.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Knowledge of industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, or similar) is an advantage.
