Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly site updates Assist in material planning, quantity estimation, and site measurements Resolve technical issues at site and coordinate with design/consultant teams Ensure proper documentation such as site reports, material records, and work completion reports Support billing and certification processes Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping at the sites
