The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, vendor billing verification, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs- Verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements- Monitor project costs and support budget control- Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons- Assist in tendering and contract management- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams- Prepare MIS reports and billing updatesRequired Skills- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering- Knowledge of costing, estimation, billing, and contracts- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD- Robust analytical and coordination skillsPreferred Experience- Real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects- Exposure to Technical Due Diligence & Project Monitoring
