With operations expanding across India and we are now hiring a City Head - Home Loan & LAP to fuel our next phase of growth
About the job
As City Head - Home Loan & LAP, you will lead and manage all business operations in your city - driving partner acquisition, sales performance, team building, and relationship management - while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our channel partners
Major Job responsibilities would be as under:
• P&L Ownership: Lead revenue growth and ensure city-level profitability.
• Channel Development & Distribution Management: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, real estate agents, and other connectors to drive lead flow and conversions.
• Driving Sales Goals: Own disbursal targets and drive mortgage product sales through partners Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage high-performance teams
• E2E Delivery Ownership: Ensure smooth loan processing by working closely with credit, ops, and lender teams; monitor TATs and improve efficiency
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local trends and competition; provide feedback for product/process improvement
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory norms
Who is an ideal fit:
• 5+ years of experience in home loan sales/channel management (BFSI/Fintech/HFC preferred)
• Deep network of DSAs and mortgage partners
• Proven leadership in managing P&L and cross functional teams
• Strong execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with digital mortgage tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• MBA preferred
