Experience: 10+ Years (Must have relevant real estate channel sales experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for the assigned region
• Build, activate, and manage a strong network of real estate channel partners (CPs)
• Drive lead generation and conversion through CPs for home interior projects
• Own end-to-end performance metrics including ECVs, bookings, and CP engagement
• Collaborate closely with Sales team, KAMs, and Marketing to ensure business alignment
• Monitor and improve partner productivity and resolve partner issues
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and incentive programs for CPs
• Track and report performance against targets, and implement corrective measures where needed
• Explore new markets and opportunities for expanding CP network
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Requirements:
• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in real estate channel sales
• Strong network with real estate brokers, developers, and builders
• Proven ability to scale CP networks and drive conversions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing city/region-level sales teams
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies
